Skip the vanilla but not the flavor! This refreshing iced coffee is naturally sweetened with monk fruit and allulose and made creamy with powdered milk. It’s the perfect way to enjoy coffee without cane sugar, erythritol or artificial aftertaste.
Ingredients
1 cup cold brewed coffee or strong chilled coffee
1 cup cold water
1 ½ tbsp monk fruit with allulose sweetener (adjust to taste)
4 tbsp powdered lactose free skim milk mixed with water
Directions
In a large glass or shaker, combine the cold coffee, cold water, and monk fruit allulose sweetener.
Add the powdered milk mixture and mix well.
Recipe Note
This version lets the bold flavor of coffee shine, enhanced by just the right amount of sweetness. Ideal for those avoiding erythritol sweeteners, xylitol, or traditional sugar-based sweeteners, this iced coffee is simple, healthy, and totally refreshing.
