I thought it will look like milk powder but it more like flour. It’s hard to mixt, always clumping and settles the bottom. Maybe not for use in coffee. The packaging is pretty good and quick delivery from the seller.

To clarify: this is not powdered milk as some reviews seem to claim. It's basically powdered milk protein, which can be used in smoothies, low-calorie ice cream alternatives, homemade chocolate milk, and other things that can benefit from both a milky flavor and being low in calories/high in protein.Pros:- The macros of this are great. 10g of protein and 70 calories. The remaining calories come from sugar, but considering milk has sugar to begin with, this isn't really unexpected.- This is allergen friendly for a lot of common allergens and intolerances: lactose, which is quite nice for vegetarians with lactose intolerance, gluten, which is good as lower-quality powders often use wheat as filler, etc.- Using this for homemade ice cream is great, as it functions as a thickener and a way to add proteinCons:- It's expensive, but this isn't totally unexpected as it's pure protein- It doesn't dissolve super well. I find that dissolving it in hot water first helps, but this can be a problem if you're making regular chocolate milk, or smoothies with ice, etc. It can clump up if you're not careful- The bag is kind of annoying to open and close. I feel like they could use a better zipper mechanism.All in all, really solid product as long as you know what to use it for. Don't just use it as powdered milk replacement -- it's expensive and doesn't mix easily -- but as a milk-based protein supplement ingredient, it's great

DELICIOUS and HEALTHY….. I use it in my morning protein shakes at least 6 days a week
