Too good to be true?

This is the holy grail of vegan eggs. Perfect egg sandwich, you can add the big name brand vegan eggs to it if you want add some texture and color variance (don’t have to though).

I’m not vegan but I prefer this to casein or whey protein

Amazing vegan protein powder. I use it to make light airy and high volume protein fluff or as an egg replacement in baking. I love that I can flavor it anyway I want.

Love this product!

Love this! Easy to use/make. Can make many vegan foods that were not always as easy to accomplish. Taste great and had good texture.

love this product

i love mixing this product with liquid JustEgg. doing it this way makes it the perfect balance of egg taste and texture in my opinion (and i do add black salt!). the first time i used this powder i did only the powder (with black salt) without JustEgg and it was way too eggy for me as someone who hasn’t eaten eggs in over 11 years. the texture, taste, and smell i found off putting from how similar it was to real eggs, so mixing it with JustEgg is absolutely perfect imo. like i seriously love it this way and the macros, taste, and texture, are perfect. and i just microwave it so it’s super easy.i do 46g liquid justegg with 5g egg white powder and after mixing that i add the 3 tbsp water and doing it this way mixes super smoothly too and avoids clumps - i use a tiny mini whisk but a frother would work well too. i’ve been adding a cup of stir fry minute rice and it’s cheeeeffssss kiiisssss. love it love it love it (although id like to see the % DV of protein on the nutrition label.)also i find it works quite well in baking as expected :) even in italian meringue buttercream and sponge cake - i just use a bit less water and always add a bit of cream of tartar when whipping to peaks

Fun egg time

So far I’ve only used it once but I think it’s very cool. A little clumpy with just a fork to whisk it so I’ll try a blender next time, plus some table salt and kala namak to make the taste better. But I microwaved it for a minute like I would a normal egg in a pinch and it came out great! Made a poppable vegan yolk as well and this egg white mixture held it perfectly!

With a few spices, you can make a delicious vegan fried egg sandwich.

I just got it and made myself a fried "egg" sandwich with this stuff and it is really amazing, exactly the same texture as chicken eggs. It doesn't taste like anything on it's own so I added black salt and turmeric to turn it yellow (1/8th tsp black salt per 1TB of egg protein tastes like a chicken egg.) I mixed it up with an immersion blender and I don't think I got it mixed completely because it looked like half of it was water when i poured it in the pan, but as you can see in the photo, it turned out fine, though I probably overcooked it a little. Anyway *really* impressed with this product, and look forward to more fried egg sandwiches.

Super impressive and fun to try

It's so amazing to eat egg again! I've been making scrambled egg whites and the product cooks just like non vegan egg. The taste isn't 100% the same as egg but pretty darn close. My meringues also turned out great. The price for the level of product you get is pretty great, and low enough that I never think about cost. Really impressive.I use a tiny immersion blender to blend the product and that works better than a handheld fork or whisk: it is a little tricky but you get the hang of it after a few tries.

Amazing!!

This is actually kind of crazy. The taste is 100% egg white. It’s exactly the same as far as I can remember. The texture is about 95%. It’s just a tiny bit different… I guess from being a powder. But I found that what helps is to mix it really well, and then let it sit for 30 minutes before cooking, mix again quick, then use. One of those little drink mixer things really helps to mix it well without clumps. I add a dash of black (sulfur) salt. It cooks exactly the same, tastes exactly the same! Amazing! My 9 year old who eats regular eggs even ate a whole omelet made with this.

Works beautifully for frittata, absolute holy grail vegan egg replacement

I haven’t seen anyone else try using this for frittata, so I’m just here to tell you I did and it tastes incredible and works exactly like egg white once mixed. The texture is light and springy when baked, the taste is very clean, I love that the powder doesn’t expire and I can have frittata whenever I want, and it was easy to mix and sealed great. I’ve also used it in cocktails and it produces a gorgeous foam. This is a new staple for me and in my opinion deserves holy grail vegan ingredient status. $24 for the performance of 48 egg whites and being able to eat real frittata, angel food cake, meringues, and even revisit recipes like my pumpkin pie that doesn’t always succeed in setting is absolutely worth every penny to me. I’ll be ordering this regularly.

High protein vegan egg sub!

Awesome vegan (but technically not plant based) egg sub. I’ve used it to make scrambles and omelettes and it’ll make a great shelf-stable option for camping breakfast. It is a little grainy in texture when used solo, but throwing in some crumbled tofu and veggies compensates. I like to add a little garbanzo flour as well for omelette batter.

The Vegan egg white is amazing. I literally eat it everyday. I was skeptical at first but I ordered a few bags so I don't run out of it now.

No animals harmed for my egg whites

Taste and is quite literally white egg!! When is vegan yolk coming out?? I missed egg so much. No male chicks GRINDED for my EGG! I put in my Korean spicy ramen and it’s now creamy and spicy…life changing company I wish nothing but success for you this is how you build a successful impactful company ❤️

Game change for vegan life

Game change for vegan life. Here's what I found out after making high protein meals: Egg White protein (vegan or not) is hydrophobic so it can be hard to mix into the water. So add 1/8 teaspoons of powdered soy lecithin per 2 to 4 tablespoons of the vegan whites, mixing well before adding water. It still will clump but less and after left a couple minutes will dissolve completely so no wasting paste on sides of bowl. This also keeps it from sticking to pan and wasting even more. I highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly good. It really froths and even fries up for omelets

I was skeptical at first but have been spending a lot of money on Just Egg patties for breakfast. If you follow the instructions and mix it well (I’ve been using a little battery powered milk frother) you can fry it in a skillet and make egg white omelets etc. the price per serving works out to be cheaper than Just Egg and the taste is better IMO. This has the taste and texture of egg white. It is a bit uncanny. It is a great alternative for vegans. One tip is to make sure that none of the powder sticks to whatever you are mixing it in (I’ve been using a coffee mug) scrape it off the sides if it does. And if you don’t want a lot of froth, mix it slower and more deeply.

Love it, but a little dry

I love this! The receipe can be quite dry, I find adding a tablespoon of nutritional yeast somehow makes it less dry.

I’m allergic to eggs :(

It’s fantastic, the best, I love it. Too bad, I developed an allergy to eggs. I’ve been vegan for a while and ate eggs just fine but since then I guess my body just sad enough to this. So I’m probably not going to be very enthusiastic about this but boy it is a great invention!

Fantastic product and many great vegan high protein foods are now possible

I absolutely love it! You can add it with water to a jar, close the lid and shake it and the powder dissolves easily. So many more vegan high protein foods are now possible plus non-vegans like it too, as there is no salmonella risk at all!

The coolest product. Still trying to figure out the best way to use it... So far I've used it in frosting and as an egg white omelette

Fantastic!

This is by far the best egg replacement as a vegan I have found for an omelette. If you whisk it up with an electric whisk you get the perfect consistency that is fluffy and soft just like eggs! Even without seasoning it is fantastic. Great nutrition profile too, especially for lean protein. Will definitely be a staple in my house.

Amazing product. I got it yesterday and have already cooked an "egg" in my ramen and made a foamy latte like a fancy person. I've been vegan for almost 30 years and this is my first time cooking with egg. Can't wait to try all sorts of recipes!

Whoa! This product is innovative and awesome. GAME CHANGER for vegan athletes and lifters!!

I've been vegan for over 10 years, and this product is awesome and blew my mind! I was nervous to try it, but from all of my research, egg white protein is known as a high-quality, bioavailable protein source. With this product, there are none of the health risks associate with real chicken eggs like hormones, antibiotic & pesticide residues, fecal contamination, e-coli, microplastics, and general toxins accumulating up the food chain. Plus no animal and environmental suffering! From what I remember, the powder is pretty much identical to real egg whites? I never thought real egg whites were super delicious, but they are more so a diet food, and I'd say this product is similar. The macros on it are insane (18g of protein, 0g fat, for 4 tablespoons of powder, total 80 calories). I really liked that there is no fiber and it's a low volume product, since I anyway get 60-80g of fiber a day on my vegan diet and I'm looking to reduce that to help with bloating (but this is nearly impossible to do on a high-protein whole food based diet).I've only used it for omelets, but I would imagine it would work great for other applications of egg whites. For an omelet, just whisk 1T powder with 3T water (I do 4T powder with 12T water), add salt, pepper, spices, put on a hot greased pan, flip, serve.Very cost-effective price point (on parity with organic chicken eggs) and super convenient being shelf stable. I'm going to be a repeat customer and I hope this company never goes out of business. This is a truly unique, cruelty free product.
