Order came fairly quick. Have used this product at least twice since and it seems to be just fine. Will order again.

Such a time saver

I have used this many times now and use it whenever I bake anything that requires milk. Buttermilk has much more protein than regular milk, and the organic powdered version is very hard to find.

Love the taste in sorbet.

I like this product. I bought another brand in the store awhile back and it was clumpy which was hard to get dissolved. This powder is really fine, flows well and was tasty.

Am I using it wrong? I mixed it according to the package directions and left it over night in the refrigerator. It did not taste like butter milk at all the next day. It tasted like regular milk which was nice but definitely not buttermilk. Open to helpful suggestions?

Nice to be able to make the exact amount of butter milk needed for recipes. No waste with the dried buttermilk versesbuying a bottle of buttermilk when you don’t need the full bottle. Excellent quality. Easy to use with instructions on the back of the container.

I don’t use buttermilk in high volumes or often enough to warrant buying the liter at the store. This powdered version fits my needs perfectly. I’ve purchased this product multiple times for years. Makes a great addition to pancakes, waffles, and fried chicken.

Yes, it worked great for my bread-making. Not always good at buying fresh buttermilk so this is great alternative, always right there in pantry.

The ziplock actually works the life of the bag! I use this Buttermilk as a way to travel and not have to have it refrigerated. One of my dogs needs buttermilk added to her diet twice a day due to a medical condition she has, so this is excellent to take on the road with us!

I like to make my own ranch dressing with buttermilk, but I don't use buttermilk for anything else, this powder is great, I just add my filtered water to it and boom, I have great tasting buttermilk
