The buttermilk makes the cheese powder awfully sour. It didn’t fly with my kids and they refused to eat Mac and cheese.

I like that it is an organic white cheddar powder. I use it to add flavor to sauces, and it doesn't clump. However, if you check the list of ingredients, it contains phosphate, which (altho approved by the FDA as GRAS) I'm not a fan of since my kidneys can't handle too much. So I have to use it sparingly

My son loves Mac and cheese. I was looking for organic brand and tried this. This is my 2nd order. Son really likes it. Just wish it a little cheaper.

the 8oz resealable bag was extremely filled. When I first opened it, it went everywhere because it was so full. It was a little hard to close and I ended up putting it inside a ziplock baggie. Product is organic, gluten free, keto, kosher friendly, and the best part, made in the usa! it was white cheddar flavor. Not gritty. We used for popcorn and rice cakes. We are going to try making mac'n cheese with it next. a little bit goes along way to me but my husband used double the suggestion amount to get the taste that he wanted. great to give as a gift too for that health fan in your life. additionally the shelf life was over a year from delivery date.

I really like this product. I have a gluten sensitivity so I like that it is gluten-free. The ingredients are high quality and there are not any unnecessary ingredients. I can trust this is a quality item to add to my recipes. I like to add it to scrambled eggs, to pasta, on popcorn. I can mix it with milk or cream to make a cheese sauce to put over vegetables. Healthier Comforts is a brand I trust. I look forward to any new products they will offer in the future. My next idea is to try it as an addition to my biscuit recipe. I am surprised at how long my 8 oz package has lasted. I feel this is a quality product at a good value. I will definitely order this again.

Great way to add a little more flavor to camp cooking! I mostly used this cheese to top off chili or tacos or pasta. I bet it tastes great on popcorn too, will definitely try that next now that I’m home! (Also a little goes a long way so this bag will probably last you months)

We’ve purchased a powder in the past and loved it, this one was not a fan favorite for my children. The taste was a bit off and gave me a flavor other then cheddar , it did blend in very well though

Love this on popcorn! My only complaint is that it has one other ingredient (maybe for anti-caking) that didn’t look very healthy when I googled it. Taste is excellent.

This is way better than I thought it would be.It is NOT overpowering in cheddar flavor though, you have to use more of the product for that and that is what I do not like.I blend this in with cottage cheese for cheese sauce.

I sprinkle this on stove popped popcorn with a drizzle of avocado oil. It's delicious and healthier than the packaged stuff the store sells!

Has great flavor. I am on a low fat food plan. This adds great flavor to air popped popcorn with a little olive oil spray. I also add it to my taco seasoning with lean ground Turkey. Will definitely purchase again.

This is the real deal in powder form. The flavor is strong and true, which sounds like the hero in a romance novel or a sword and sorcery movie. Still, it is an honestly good product that lets me make packets of seasoned sauces ahead of time for those “I don’t want to cook but need something good” nights after work. Especially great for someone who lives alone and wants variety without waste. Highly recommend!

Useful item to have in the pantry. I use it for a lot of dry mixes I keep handy. Good quality too.
