Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

Healthier Comforts Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

An affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote any coupon.

Affiliates may advertise the merchant website on appropriate online channels such as personal social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) or offline in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. All promotional methods must adhere to the restrictions outlined in Section 3, "Prohibited Promotional Methods."

3. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To maintain brand integrity and ensure fair promotion, affiliates are expressly prohibited from the following activities. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate status and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

Paid Search Advertising: Affiliates are forbidden from running any form of paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) that bids on "Healthier Comforts" branded keywords, trademarks, or any variations or misspellings thereof.

Coupon and Deal Sites: Affiliates may not post their referral links or any associated discount codes on any third-party coupon, deal, or promotional code aggregation websites.

Impersonation and Brand Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not create social media pages, handles, or websites that could be mistaken for official Healthier Comforts profiles. You may not present yourself as an employee or official representative of the company.

False Claims: Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health or product claims. All statements about our products must be truthful and accurate.

Spamming: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of spam, including unsolicited mass emails, forum posts, or blog comments that contain affiliate links.

Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are forbidden from using any illicit software, code, or method that drops affiliate tracking cookies onto a user's device without their knowledge and a direct click-action.

4. Commissions and Payment

For any customer you refer who makes a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission amount which is calculated based on our Commission Structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you must specify your payment details in the Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.

Commission Payout Schedule

We process commission payments at the end of each month. Your monthly payout will include all referral fees earned during the previous calendar month. For example, any commissions earned in April will be paid out at the end of May. This one-month buffer ensures that all sales have passed the 30-day return window, allowing for accurate and finalized commission calculations. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Marketing Tool

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing Tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.

6. Network

If the Network tab is activated, an affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings an order to the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will also get a network commission which depends on merchant settings.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share your network link. Any other affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become your downline affiliate.

7. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them, so we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

The cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again).

8. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: support@healthiercomforts.com.
