Cookies & Cream Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Whole Milk Powder (to make 1 cup reconstituted milk)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (about 1 cup)
  • 5 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional: Zero Calorie Monk Fruit Sweetener with Allulose)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra cookie crumbs (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Blend Whole Milk Powder with cold water to prepare 1 cup of creamy reconstituted milk.
  2. In a blender, add milk, vanilla ice cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and 4 crushed cookies. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the milkshake into two tall glasses.
