Ingredients
For the Veggie Patties
1 can black beans
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
For Assembling the Burger

In a mixing bowl, mash black beans until mostly smooth. Add grated carrot, oats, onion, tomato paste, seasonings, and pea protein powder. Mix well. Let sit 5 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty 4–5 minutes per side until golden and firm.
