Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup milk
Directions
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
In the same pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
Lower heat and add milk, Parmesan cheese powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add pasta back to the pot and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper.
Plate the pasta, sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese powder or parsley, and enjoy!
