Yummy on popcorn and mac & cheese, my cat likes it too

Wow, this is a nice addition to popcorn and homemade mac & cheese, that also works exceedingly well for my very picky cat sprinkled on top of cat food. (I know cats are supposed to be lactose intolerant, but I don’t use all that much and he’s got the digestive system of a champion competitive eater.)

Great flavor with a lot of versatility

This cheese powder is a great pantry addition. It has a rich white cheddar flavor without being overpowering and is a nice way to add some flavor and salt at the same time. It works great to sprinkle onto popcorn, or mix into a sauce to add some extra depth of flavor. I like adding some of it to homemade alfredo because it helps act as a binder to hold the sauce together while also adding another type of cheese flavor to the sauce. It has a nice white to slightly off white color and was a reasonable value for the product. I've been happy with it.

Disappointing

I purchased this to use as a seasoning for popcorn. It barely tasted of cheese on my popcorn. I would not repurchase.

Good white cheddar

This white cheddar cheese powder came in a resealable zipper bag. Some cheese powder was stuck on the zipper, I had to tap it a few times to get the powder off in order to actually zip up the bag.This cheese powder is a fine white powder, not thick. Ingredients are: cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes), whey, salt, disodium phosphate and lactic acid. I appreciate that this is non-GMO and made in the USA. Would have been better if it were organic.Each serving is 2 Tbsp which gives 3g of protein, 540mg of sodium. This is not only great on plain steamed broccoli, it's also great on Mac & Cheese, and of course, popcorn. It is not a very strong cheese, but it sure is yummy. As with any cheese, it is a little salty but that adds umami to anything you add this cheddar cheese powder to. I like it that it's shelf stable and that I don't need to refrigerate it and that I can have white cheddar flavor whenever I want. The size of this is 7oz. Average value for money.

Item is easy to dissolve and quick to use.

This item is very handy to have on hand and versatile with use. I recommend it if you have not used it before.
