I always wished for a bag of the “mac n cheese” powder so I could make mac n cheese without the box kit. This is it! Make some noodles, add some butter and milk, and pour on some of this cheese powder and voila! Tastes delicious, I keep ordering it.

Finding a tasty boxed mac and cheese that fits my child's gluten-free diet has been a challenge. After trying various options (at great expense), I decided to create my own using high-protein noodles and this Cheddar Cheese Powder. After a bit of trial and error, it has become one of her favorite meals! I warm about 1/8 cup of milk and a couple tablespoons of butter in a dish, then add a tablespoon of this cheddar cheese powder and mix well. For a creamier texture, I also add processed cheese slices. The dish is tasty, extra creamy, and it really saves money! Highly recommend!

Despite the other good reviews, I personally was disappointed. I find it too strong in taste, too lurid an orange color, and very difficult to incorporate into sauces or grits. I end having to whisk very vigorously for up to five minutes. Even then, it's not completely mixed.If we ever get it used up, we'll try a different brand next time.

We use it on our popped corn. Goes a long ways.

I bought it looking for an alternative to the Kraft Mac and cheese powder, it’s fluffier than craft, dissolves easily, but it does make a mess. Has a nice flavor though and I wouldn’t say it’s too salty personally. I like using it either in Mac and cheese or popcorn.

I got this as a healthier alternative to boxed Mac cheese. You have to use a lot to get flavor. Not sure how cost effective it is. Haven’t tried it on popcorn yet.

This is by far the best cheese powder I have tried. It has a really nice cheesy flavor, good value and easy to use. I put it on popcorn and the kids love it. It seems a little salty or perhaps it’s another ingredient that makes it seem salty and that’s what keeps me from giving it five stars. I’d give it 4 1/2 if that was an option, because it’s definitely better than anything I’ve tried so far.

I finally broke down and bought this particular cheese because of all the ratings and reviews I searched through. Let me tell you it does not disappoint you in anyway. I did order another cheese brand that was just as popular as this one and it was a flop, too salty, not cheesy enough, and was thicker. This brand blows all of those other's out of the water. It is very fine, very cheesy, and you will find yourself eating it straight out of the bag. You will want to purchase this on a subscription because you will go through it so fast. You will find yourself using it on absolutely everything you can. Trust me you will not be disappointed with this cheese!!!

Not sure what I was expecting. It's a nice mild cheese flavor, fairly salty. Used as substitute after dental work/chewing ban. During experiments, found: softened butter + powdered cheese = Pretzel/Cracker Combos filling duplicate. Can't eat them anymore, so it was a nice surprise. But longterm, probably going to find a cheese blend for some variety from bite to bite. Maybe a sharp cheddar and a blue cheese? Further experimentation warranted.Didn't trigger gluten issues. Seems ok value for money. Small amount goes pretty far. Not sure why it's so orange.

I think I've tried them all UNTIL THIS PRODUCT. My search for a fabulous powdered cheese is over.This product - tasted off a spoon straight from the bag - is the very best.I made a easy Mac and Cheese with a sauce of nothing more than some reduced heavy cream (about 5 Tbsp), 2 Tbsp of the cheese powder, mixing well, and then transferring what was 5 dry oz cavatappi pasta at just about the al dente stage from the pot it was cooking into the cheese sauce, adding a smidge of pasta water and finish cooking the pasta in the cheese sauce???Dang!! The cheese powder from this company is truly the best.I bought the powder for air-popped popcorn. I feel certain the experience of cheese popcorn will be equally divine.Please buy a packet! I think you WILL love it. (PS I know no one at the cheese co!)
