The bag doesn’t seal because the powder gets stuck inside of the clap, but the product is good. Just needs better package design.

Tastes and smells a little like cardboard but does mix in well.

What a convenient product to have on hand in the kitchen for last minute dinner ideas. Nice to be able to use only what you need and not worry about part of a carton of heavy cream spoiling.

This powdered heavy cream was a terrific take on my last backpacking trip. Finally, I had some real cream in my instant coffee.

Mixes in coffee well, tastes very good. You can taste the quality.

Has a "taste" similar to instant powdered milk. Might be ok for cooking and baking but didn't like it for coffee.

Doesn't dissolve easily.

This powdered creamer is just as good as the creamer you get a a supermarket. I found it is best when it is prepared as directed and not mixed with a bit of coffee before pouring into you cup of joe

This is a great alternative for shelf stable coffee creamer that doesn't taste like chalk.The only thing that kept me from giving it five full Stars is that you have to really mix it well otherwise it will clump and the powder is similar to powdered sugar. It resists going into small openings and can create a big mess if you're not very careful.Even with the negatives above, I will buy this again.

Good product

Great item but too expensive for such a small bag for me to buy again.I used it in my instant mashed potatoes because I only had water.I just added to very hot water and used a coffee brother to mix well and it worked wonderfully.Just takes so much so the bag didn't last long.I only removed 1 star because of the price.Great product otherwise.

So happy to have found this. Many recipes now call for the addition of heavy cream. I don’t routinely buy it because it would be outdated before I could use it all. This powder allows me to reconstitute the exact amount of heavy cream specifically as needed in a recipe without any waste.

First time user of this product, so I have nothing to compare it to. Will I buy it again? Probably not, I will probably just stick with the real deal liquid. It's not bad, it tastes fine. You can definitely feel the fat in the cream. Would be good for baking However, I was using it for my coffee. That was my experiment.

I prefer heavy cream in my coffee, but that is difficult to find on a road trip. This should work great! I tried it out at home first, and it tastes exactly like cream should, I have no idea how some people don't like the taste. I really appreciate that there are no additional ingredients besides cream. It is, however, difficult to mix in with hot coffee and I used a small wisk to accomplish this. I did not take away any stars for this issue because it is 100% cream and that is just the nature of the beast.

Love how this cream actually tastes like CREAM! The cream I used to buy at the stores all have added ingredients.

I have been trying to figure out a way of enjoying my food and drink but yet making it a bit more healthy. I got this product so that I could blend it with my coffee in the morning and hopefully get away from sugar and artificial ingredients in my creamers. I found it blended easily into my warm coffee, dissolved within about 30-45 seconds of stirring. I only used about about 2 tsp and it gave a really nice rich flavor. I also am slightly lactose intolerant and this product as of yet did not upset my system, which is another reason I choice it instead of the refridgerated kind.I am realizing now I have cream on hand anytime I need it, and it will not go bad. Being single and never knowing what food items I will get the wild hair to make, this is a perfect product to have on hand. While I have not used it to make a sauce or bake yet, I have used powder milk and other similar items and they work just fine. I think in these days of uncertainty it never hurts to be prepared and have shelf stable alternatives on hand.

It was good. I take it with me and hand cream anytime on the go.
