This is a review of "Organic Parmesan Cheese Powder 7 oz - American Made, Gluten Free Parmesan Cheese Powder - Keto Friendly, Shelf-Stable, and Kosher Cheese Powder for Baking and Cooking"I had to try powdered parmesan cheese because it's a new concept to me. It's a very fine texture, almost flour like in consistency, but with a very pleasant parmesan taste. I tried some on pasta, but for that purpose I have to say I prefer regular grated parmesan. I am planning on trying it on pizza and popcorn next which I think will be much better fits for the powdered form.Overall, the taste is very good, although expensive, so I think you would want to only use this for something where the powdered form really gave you something superior to normal grated parmesan cheese (i.e. not melting it).

I got these cheese expressly to put on popcorn and it goes very well there for the most part.I would say that I'm a bigger fan of white cheddar for that application, but this was still good. It does take quite a bit more than expected to really taste the cheese, and weirdly, if the popcorn sits for a few hours the flavor almost totally vanishes. I'm not sure what's up with that, but on fresh hot popcorn it IS really good.I do think that it might go better in other applications though, especially in sauces, it's a VERY fine powder that would mix in very well, but it's also a surprisingly mild flavor per volume.Regardless, I do like it, I think I just prefer white cheddar.

Made Garlic Parmesan seasoning and tasted great! I often sprinkle on just about anything - pizza, garlic bread, soup, casserole, etc!

I grow my own organic basil and love to make my own organic pesto. This organic parmesan cheese is a wonderful addition to my recipe. We eat pesto everyday. I like using it on my daily salads for salad dressing.

My assumption was that because this product was dried, it would simply have more volume so I largely disregarded the package weight.I'm not certain if I will return this as I feel a bit like I should have know how much of a premium I was paying.The fact is that unless you absolutely must have parmesan that keeps without refrigeration, this product is off the charts as far as cost and the price is completely unrealistic.Once I have a chance to taste the powder, assuming I don't return it, I will try to provide an update.UPDATE:It does taste great and it seems that a little goes a long way so I upgraded to 3 stars. I don't think I will purchase this again for nearly $20 but it does seem to be concentrated so the value is better than I expected based on the volume.

Its not like I've tried dehydrating and grinding parm to make powder from scratch so maybe it always tastes like this, but this product to me really tastes more like cheddar. If you're expecting the standard overly sharp funk that parm brings, you're not gonna get it from this. Still tastes good do not get me wrong but don't expect it to be overpowering lol.

This is an awesome product and totally unexpected that it was in powder form. It will be easier to use in sauces and the taste is phenomenal

Wonderful cheese powder flavor not like other Parmesan I've tasted, but the powder KEEPS FOREVER unlike grated or shredded, and unlike some Cheddar powder has LESS SALT so more can be added for wonderful texture and flavor without causing bloating thirst (or high blood pressure).

Very soft tasty

I use it for alfredo and on popcorn.So far so good.
