It is a reasonable amount of money for a reasonable weight of lecithin. It is easy to use and has no off taste, or any taste at all. I use it in backing and it seems to be a reasonable item for this use.

I usually use this type of supplement powder with my smoothies and yogurt. For yogurt, I simply sprinkle a little bit on top, and for smoothies, I just add it into the blender with the rest of my drink. It blends in pretty easily, so it has been very convenient to add to my routine.To be honest, I did not notice any dramatic or immediate results from taking this, but I also was not expecting something like that. I mainly use it because I like adding small beneficial ingredients to the foods I already eat, especially when I am trying to keep a healthier eating routine.I did my own research before trying sunflower lecithin, and I liked that it is plant-based, non-GMO, and often used as a natural source of phospholipids. I also like that it can be used in different ways, not just for smoothies, but also for baking, dressings, or other homemade recipes.For me, it did not bother my sensitive stomach, and I did not experience any noticeable side effects. The taste is mild enough that it does not ruin my yogurt or smoothie, which is important because I would not keep using something if it made my food taste strange.In short, I think this is a nice, simple powder to have if you already enjoy making smoothies, yogurt bowls, or healthier snacks at home. I do not see it as a miracle supplement, but as an easy little add-on to make my usual foods feel a bit more nourishing. But I think it's quite worth trying it out at least once, and not a bad deal in terms of both quantity and quality vs price :)

This is a useful ingredient to have available. I even used it for some gluten free baking when the recipe called for it. Even this small pouch can go a long way (good value!) as you're supposed to use a small amount in water (I didn't even follow the directions right the first time, but since it went into a bread machine, it turned out alright anyways, easy peasy). I can no longer have this ingredient currently as I am on a restrictive regimen where I cannot have seeds/ seed oils/seed derivatives, but I'm keeping this around for when I can reintroduce them back into my diet. I had never used sunflower lecithin before trying this specific brand of it, but the quality seemed decent.

I love mixing in a small bit of this (maybe 1/4 cup a most in my 4-cup batch) in my sourdough baking every week. I love that it fluffens up whatever it's added to without leaving a strong taste. Decent value for money, and the quality is excellent. It smells a little strong, but added into things, it leaves without much fanfare. I like that it adds soft texture, which is all the more I need in these days when my throat is sensitive to hard foods. It's easy to use like any powder for baking, so have at it!
