Great taste.

I was skeptical at but they taste like real eggs. Took a few times to get good scrambled eggs. Once I added some powered milk and cooked in 30 seconds heat and stir, and heat some more.

Great for the price

In pancakes, cakes and other backed goods 59, it tastes great. Don’t care for it scrambled, but in baked goods kids prefer it!!!!

VEGETABLE CHOPPER

I was TOTALLY surprised to discover that these dired eggs (add water) ACTUALLY taste like real eggs. I bought this item due to the egg shortage & thought they might at least help with baking, but I was shocked to learn that they not only cook well in cakes & breads, but also, that I could mix the powder with water & have great scrambled eggs. When a person on Amazon writes a review & says they would buy an item again then that is what convinces me to buy. I'm glad I listened and bought this.

Edible!

Stocking up on powdered eggs to use as eggs are disappearing. We tried rehydrating and making scrambled eggs and they were actually decent! And now I can keep on baking with eggs. I have just ordered another bag.Yes, they are decent, but... the price is going up so fast! Two weeks later I went to order another bag, and found the price for a bag equivalent to 42 eggs is up $5, at $44.99. Not great at arithmetic, but that means MORE than $1/egg - or the equivalent of eggs at $12/dozen. Even today I can beat that price by a lot, even doubling what I pay local egg ladies.

Just what we needed.

Haven’t used them yet. They are in our hurricane supply chest. Actually We hope to never need them.

It's been very useful for baking and recipes

Great product - I've actually used it more for baking - being a single person, I'm often halving recipes. Instead of wasting a whole egg required in the recipe, I just use the powder equivalent now, and everything has turned out the same as if I used a whole egg. I also add a bit of the powder to recipes to increase richness, such as french toast batter, etc.

Tasty and can be used to make scrambled eggs as well as for cooking

These actually do taste like eggs when you make scrambled eggs, at least more than any other egg powder I’ve tried. And are very good in cooking. I would definitely order them again. Because I had a question for Customer Service and they actually called me back on the phone so I was extremely pleased with that. I just wanted to know if you could leave them out without putting them in the refrigerator. And they got back to me promptly. So I think this is a great item although the price did go up a lot in recent months, but I would definitely re-order.

Plain

This cooks up like scrambled eggs however don’t expect it to be just like the fresh stuff. It would be great for baking or cooking when you need eggs though! I like scrambled egg sandwiches with deli meat. Tried this and not the same flavor I’m used to.

A very good alternative for fresh scrambled eggs

I was skeptical about this product at first -I mean how could powdered eggs come close to fresh eggs? The answer if you like scrambled eggs is a surprising "amazingly close". I used this product backpacking on the Appalachian trail as I love eggs and wanted to have scrambled eggs in tortillas as breakfast. The taste and texture was very close to the real thing, and beat having peanut butter on tortillas or breakfast bars for breakfast any day.The downsides? Perhaps a little expensive -but if like me you like scrambled eggs for breakfast on the trail, it's worth it!

Good product, but the price is climbing.

This egg powder is much better tasting than the powdered stuff I remember from boot camp. Pro-tip: cook with real butter, and don't add salt until they're done. It makes them watery. Now for the gripe: This same sack of eggs costed $39 as of 1/20/25. It is now 2/7/25, and the cost is $44. That's price gouging, because inflation doesn't happen that fast.

Convenient, work great

I don’t get to the store that often, and real eggs tend to spoil. These are great for baking, waffles, etc. I store them in my freezer.

Great for what I need it for

You can’t beat the price of this egg powder. I do not use it to eat. I use it for something else and it works fantastic. The odor is not too bad. I only need a half a teaspoon for six items and then refill them every couple of months so I will get plenty of use out of this and into next year for this amount of money you can’t beat it. I’m not sure how it would work to actually eat it as I would not eat powdered eggs.

Great for baking

It's great to have these in the cupboard for baking. I don't eat a lot of eggs, so this is good to have on hand and has worked perfetly in a number of recipies.
