It's great to have these in the cupboard for baking. I don't eat a lot of eggs, so this is good to have on hand and has worked perfetly in a number of recipies.

You can’t beat the price of this egg powder. I do not use it to eat. I use it for something else and it works fantastic. The odor is not too bad. I only need a half a teaspoon for six items and then refill them every couple of months so I will get plenty of use out of this and into next year for this amount of money you can’t beat it. I’m not sure how it would work to actually eat it as I would not eat powdered eggs.

I don’t get to the store that often, and real eggs tend to spoil. These are great for baking, waffles, etc. I store them in my freezer.

This egg powder is much better tasting than the powdered stuff I remember from boot camp. Pro-tip: cook with real butter, and don't add salt until they're done. It makes them watery.Now for the gripe: This same sack of eggs costed $39 as of 1/20/25. It is now 2/7/25, and the cost is $44. That's price gouging, because inflation doesn't happen that fast.
