Easy Holiday Meal: Cheesy Garlic Cheddar Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large round loaf of crusty bread (sourdough or artisan bread works best)
  • 4 tablespoons Healthier Comforts Organic Butter Powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried parsley)
  • 3 tablespoons Healthier Comforts Organic Cheddar Cheese Powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Mix 4 tbsp Organic Butter Powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and 3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Powder with 1/4 cup water until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  4. Stuff the bread with the cheesy butter mixture, making sure each pocket is filled.
  5. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
