Whip up this irresistibly creamy, ice cream using our Organic Whole Milk Powder. It’s an easy, wholesome way to bring homemade joy to your sunny days. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have a scoopable treat that’s rich and perfect for family fun day!
Ingredients
1 cup Organic Whole Milk Powder
1 ¾ cups cold water
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream, cold
1 tbsp vanilla extract (or your favorite flavor: chocolate, strawberry, etc.)
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a bowl, mix the Organic Whole Milk Powder with cold water. Whisk until fully dissolved and smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the milk. Stir until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes with a hand mixer).
Gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until fully combined. Don’t overmix, you want to keep it airy!
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Cover with foil or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
